Vendor Interview
Living at Clovers I really have been spoiled. Such a fabulous view from all aspects. Whether sat of an evening sipping a G&T gazing over Tenby harbour or admiring the vast wildlife/ bird life that such a beautiful location brings. Clovers really is a joy to behold.

As a family we have enjoyed many private chartered helicopter trips departing from the north paddock. Main years ago we often wandered through the wooded valley down onto the sheltered secluded bay below, which is now in need of repair. Now feels the right time to pass Clovers onto another family to enjoy all the splendour that comes with owning such a fabulous piece of Tenby real estate. Enjoy !!!

Location
Situated in Tenby, one of the most picturesque harbour towns in Pembrokeshire, if not the UK. The town centre, pedestrianised in the summer months, boasts a slendid family atmosphere with dining alfresco style a must. The neighbouring harbour village of Saundersfoot is only 3 miles distant. Tenby offers a frequent train station with the main line providing easy access to the Swansea, Cardiff and London.

Grounds
Clovers is accessed via an automated entry gate system. A gated driveway gently meanders to the property, with the lower section shared with a neighbouring property. Upon reaching the brow, a second set of electric gates afford access to the formal lawns interspersed by the access road that proceeds to the north court yard which is brick paved and sheltered. Nestled along the far eastern tip of Clovers is a most remarkable Amphitheatre- Looking directly toward Tenby Harbour.

In the past, Tenby Players and amateur Dramatic Group held numerous performances here. Beyond the court yard with immediate vehicle access is an enclosed 4 acre paddock. This would make an ideal location for a helicopter pad 'Subject to Necessary Consent'. The entire property is surrounded by a brick/block paved terrace with numerus seating areas, each one boasting a different but joyful view of the coastal position Clover's commands. To the western aspect, accessed directly from the annexe, lays a beautiful mature garden area boasting a selection of fruit trees/mature specimens expertly cultivated
