The land forms part of Llandawke Farm No. 1 situated in the parish of Llandawke, situated 1.5 miles west of the Township of Laugharne, Carmarthenshire.

The land extends to approx. 63.76 acres in total, currently laid to pasture and is contained in several enclosures, with the majority of the land ranging from being level to gently sloping in nature suitable for cutting and grazing purposes, with approx. 9 acres of which is steeper suitable for grazing only.

We note that parts of the boundary fencing of the land are in need of repairs, with limited internal fencing and does require maintenance / improvement to ensure the land is stock proof.

Tender & Terms
To be Let By Informal Tender on a 6-month Grazing License commencing on the Wednesday 16th April 2025 (or possibly earlier) and ending on the 30th September 2025.

A copy of the proposed Grazing License which includes all terms is available upon request from the Agents office.

Interested parties are invited to tender by 12 Noon on Wednesday 9th April 2025.

All tenders are to be submitted in writing using the Tender Form available from the Agent upon request. Offers are to be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked ‘Land at Llandawke Farm No.1': Private & Confidential’ at Rees Richards & Partners, 12 Spilman Street, Carmarthen, SA31 1LQ. Alternatively, electronic copies of the tender form to be sent by email to courtney@reesrichards.co.uk by 12 noon on Wednesday 9th April 2025.

The successful applicant will be required to sign the License within 3 working days of their offer being accepted. If the license is not signed within this time frame, the Landowner reserves the right to withdraw the offer of the License.
